What it does.
- The cushion dispenses the perfect amount of liquid color to create graphic technicolor eyeliner or eyeshadow.
How to use it.
- Use an angled brush to create graphic lines and shapes.
- Use a small fluffy brush to apply the product in a diffused fashion.
